Oh hi, I'm Cayla, and I have had to write far too many introductions to myself recently. I used to be an English major, but I switched to CS because I dislike literature analysis and I was really tired of people asking me to proofread their essays. I work in the College of Computing outreach program.

I'm quiet and sarcastic. I like trying new things. I really want to go skydiving but I can never afford it. I play video games of almost every kind. My favorite games are The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and Portal. I read a lot, generally when I have nothing to do I can be found in the courtyard between Folk and Caldwell reading and petting Caldwell Cat. I have two tattoos, and I'm learning that it's very hard to stop getting them once you get started. Also, I draw a lot, just not very well. So, my posts are likely to contain poorly done artistic representations of what I'm trying to say.

Basically, I'm a big dork. The best things in life often involve being silly, so I try not to take much very seriously.
